Holding a MBA qualification, his professional memberships include the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Peter has overseen many engineering design, tender development, and consultancy projects in the last three decades. His experience covers many industry sectors including education, high-end residential, heritage and specialist assessments, roads and transport infrastructure, and health and aged care.   Leading a team of engineering designers and management consultants, Peter has developed Miglic MacLeod to provide a better alternative for growth, design, construction, and asset management. As Managing Director, Peter’s role is to deliver on the vision and strategy for the business and manage and mentor the highly skilled and qualified Miglic MacLeod team.

An astute, solutions-focussed, and optimistic structural and civil engineer, Reza has over 17 years of experience working on large to small projects in Australia and abroad. He is known by his clients for finding solutions that make things work, meeting compliance requirements, his strong attention to detail, and his understanding of constructability of structures.   As Senior Associate - Engineering Lead, Reza works with clients to understand detailed requirements and works with and mentors the structural and civil engineering teams to ensure client requirements are delivered on time, on budget, and specification. He is an expert designing structures in a wide range of materials including steel, concrete, aluminium, timber, glass, masonry, and cables. He has designed structures across many sectors including education, commercial, industrial, civil, public, heritage, sports, cultural, mixed-use, residential, and retail.

Bennet is a skilled and technically-savvy business manager with sound analytical and financial skills. He has a deep understanding of how data collection and interpretation provides insight, informs positive outcomes, and generates value. Leveraging his skills and knowledge obtained through his Batchelor of Accounting and Certificate in Data Analytics, Bennet has trained professionals and mentored students to find their own passion and inspiration for data analytics.   As a passionate and engaged analyst, Bennet has worked in collecting, exploring, and presenting information for several organisations including the Design Factory, Melbourne and General Assembly, Melbourne. He ensures comprehensive and accurate reporting and implementation of operating budgets and systems compliant with Australian and International Standards.

Olivia is a practiced Executive Assistant with 17 years’ experience primarily in mining and construction. Certified in Governance and Practice Administration as well as Applied Corporate Law, Olivia offers operational and strategic support to Peter Miglic, Owner and Director of Miglic MacLeod.

As passionate, sincere, and dynamic qualified structural engineer, Joy offers more than 15 years of international experience working with Australian, US, and British design standards. This broad experience provides Joy the ability to draw upon his combined practice across each standard and deliver the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective designs. 

Joy holds deep local knowledge of industry best practice including thorough construction expertise working with small to tier one global firms. He has significant experience across multiple industry sectors including infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, education, aviation, defence, and health and aged care. Joy is an expert in the design of structures using steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, aluminium, glass, and light gauge steel. Joy is proficient in five languages and sees engineering as an opportunity to contribute to the communities in which he lives and works.

With more than 18 years of professional international experience, Augustine is diligent Senior Structural Engineer and manager. He regularly oversees projects from inception to completion, is known for building excellent relationships with stakeholders, his high level of motivation, and his enthusiasm for delivering reliable client outcomes.  

He is a member of the Institute of Australian Engineers and registered with the Victorian Building Authority. Augustine offers well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to create innovative yet pragmatic, commercially viable solutions. He holds a sound understanding of Australian Standards in structural steel, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, composite steel, retaining walls, masonry, and timber structures. He has significant experience in multiple sectors including civic and leisure, commercial, health and aged care, retail, residential, and telecommunications.

Cici Sun is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial structural and civil design. She is a member of Engineers Australia and has worked on a wide range of projects, including multi-storey residential developments, industrial, and commercial buildings. Cici is skilled in drafting, modelling, designing, and detailing various types of concrete and steel structures. Her expertise includes site inspections, underpinning design, project management, and civil design. Cici’s past projects include childcare centres, townhouse developments, multi-units buildings, and dental clinics. She is proficient in AutoCAD, SPACEGASS, STRUCTURAL TOOLKIT, CADE suite, and WALLAP.

Hamed is a Senior Structural Engineer with over fifteen years of extensive experience in structural design and review of single and multi-storey residential and commercial buildings, including timber, steel, and concrete structures, as well as data centre buildings and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Hamed has been involved in iconic projects that required collaboration across multiple disciplines, including structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and environmental sustainability design (ESD). Hamed has led structural design for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, medical, and educational buildings. He has strong software skills in Clearcalcs, structural toolkit, Space Gass, Rapt, Etabs, Sap2000, Safe, IdeaStatica, Limcon, Autocad, Rhino, and intermediate competency in Strand7.

With over 16 years of international experience in Australia, India, and the UK, Ritu is a highly skilled structural engineer capable of designing structures to Australian, Indian, and British standards. Her engineering design experience includes the use of multiple materials including reinforced concrete, steel, timber, and masonry across residential, education, commercial, health and aged care, and industrial buildings.   Ritu is an expert in designing mid-rise buildings, cross-drainage structures including culverts, drainage pits, refurbishment of existing dwellings and apartments, retaining walls, and landscapes. She holds significant experience in the assessment of existing residential structures, including site inspections, project management, and forensic engineering. Ritu enjoys combining her strong communication skills, international experience, and expertise designing with a wide array of materials to create innovative, economic, and safe engineering solutions that bring dream projects to life.

A highly focussed, responsive, and collaborative civil engineer, Amir has seven years of experience working in civil infrastructure projects in Australia and abroad. This experience was gained across a wide variety of sectors including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, health and aged care, and education settings with his experience extending to significant on-site work.  He is proficient with hydraulic modelling and design, subdivisions and roads drainage design, road and carpark design, and flood modelling. Amir is an expert in the design and analysis of road and bridge drainage systems, basins, Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), and provides accurate hydrological analysis for civil works. He is a strong communicator and problem-solver and draws great satisfaction from seeing his designs built and performing well.

Ben is a Civil and Structural Engineer with 8 years post graduate experience and has been involved in forensic engineering for residential and commercial structures and design of new structures. Ben has knowledge with multi-lot housing developments, full residential structural design up to three storeys, high risk structure design (commercial/post disaster structures), pre-cast and in-situ concrete, construction observation of a variety of projects.

As a highly experienced structural and civil draftsperson with over 22 years’ experience, Carl is an expert at creating accurate and insightful drawings utilising concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and posttensioned concrete. This experience has spanned residential, industrial, commercial, education, public, heritage, sports, cultural, mixed-use, retail, and corrections structures in Australia and internationally.   As Drafting Lead, Carl is responsible for Miglic MacLeod’s drafting team. He and his team interpret and marry architectural and engineering inputs, generating accurate documents for builders and other tradespeople. The high level of accuracy of this work reduces the amount of information requests throughout construction, ensuring more accurate tendering and minimises mistakes made on site. Carl enjoys helping bring projects to life by straddling engineering inputs and artistic visualisations and gains great satisfaction seeing his projects being built.
